About delivery methods and shipping fees

Your order will be shipped within three business days of completion, depending on the delivery area and the time of your order. (Shipping is not available on weekends, holidays, the New Year's holiday period, or long weekends.)

Specifying or changing the delivery date
Your order will be delivered by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express (you cannot specify which delivery method).
[Change procedure after shipping] Shuttlenots will send you an email after the shipping procedure is completed.
For inquiries regarding delivery, such as "changing the delivery address," "specifying the delivery date and time," or "the product has not arrived by the specified time," please check the tracking number listed in the email and contact Sagawa Express directly.
