Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Cancelling an order
Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for any reason.
Please note that your order will be confirmed once the order process is complete.
Returns and Exchanges
[Exchange acceptance]
We will exchange the product if the following conditions are met.
[Exchangeable products]
・If the product has defects such as stains or damage
・If the product you received is different from the product you ordered
[Exchange method]
1) Please contact us at powerloom@shuttlenotes.com within 7 days of receiving the product (including the day of arrival).
Please write "Product exchange request" in the subject line of your email, and include your order number and name in the body of the email.
2) We will check the contents and inform you of the address to return the product to on the next business day.
*We will cover the cost of returning the product. Please return the product by cash on delivery.

If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will provide a refund.
Please note that we will check the delivered product and will not accept it if it meets any of the following criteria.
- Products that are deemed "used" or "altered, washed, or dry-cleaned" according to our standards
- Products with damaged, soiled or missing "delivery notes, product tags, labels, bags, boxes, and other accessories"
・Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession
