Sales price <br>As stated on the product page. Please note that the sales price may change without notice due to factors such as fluctuations in labor costs and raw materials.

Payment Method <br>Credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)

Regarding the order confirmation date : If you pay by credit card, your order will be confirmed once the order procedure is complete. If you pay at a convenience store, your order will be confirmed once the payment has been confirmed. We will inform you by email when your order has been confirmed and your product has been shipped.

Shipping of products

In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days after your order is confirmed. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you separately.

[Bank transfer customers]
In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you separately.
*We only ship within Japan, but if you would like to ship overseas, we can accommodate that request on an individual basis. Please contact us via the inquiry form.

Returns and exchanges 
<Return period and conditions>

  • Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges after this date.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened (unless they are found to be defective after opening) or products that have been damaged or soiled through the customer's fault.

<Return shipping fee> 
We will bear the cost of replacing defective products and products delivered in error.

<Defective Products> In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will exchange it for a new or equivalent product after checking our inventory. Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after this date.
