Shuttle Notes is a fabric brand specializing in shirting, born from Ueyama Orimono, a manufacturer with a long history as a "shirting mill."
At our own factory in the Banshu region of Hyogo Prefecture, we conduct our manufacturing with thorough attention to detail in every process—from selecting raw materials and spinning threads to design, fabric engineering, weaving, and finishing.
Furthermore, in our design and art direction, we collaborate with various creators to produce items that combine superior quality with a timeless aesthetic.

This is a regular collar shirt that is simple yet has a commanding presence, crafted from our own uniquely developed ultra-dense poplin fabric.

Fabric
Made of high-quality 100% cotton using 100-count two-ply yarn (100/2). Because it is woven at a higher density than usual, it is firm and resilient despite being lightweight, and features a texture that conforms to your body the more you wear it. -
Buttons
Natural shell buttons are used. Their elegant luster provides a subtle accent. -
Brand Label
We use a soft-to-the-touch label woven with silk thread. -
Interlining
For the collar and cuffs, we use a **non-fused "floating interlining."** It creates a natural, three-dimensional look without compromising the inherent, natural texture of the fabric.

Design
While its short cuffs and shallow curved hemline give it a casual style, it is crafted with meticulous stitching equivalent to that of a dress shirt, resulting in a clean and elegant impression. -
Sewing Specifications
We use an 8mm-wide stitch on the armholes—considered the most beautiful—and 3mm felled seams along the sides.
Additionally, two reinforcement stitches are added to the collar band to maintain a beautiful collar shape.
